Refund Policy

To cover expenses Duriosoft accepts donations via its website, but does not offer any goods or services for sale. Since these donations are voluntary, we would not expect a request for a refund. Nevertheless, we understand that donors sometimes change their mind, or occasionally donations are made in error, made for the wrong value or a recurring donation needs to be modified.

If for any reason you change your mind and request a refund of your donation made on this website within 10 days of the original transaction, Duriosoft will refund 100% of the received donated amount. Any request for a refund beyond the 10 day limitation will be considered by the management of Duriosoft and approved or disapproved solely at their discretion.
