Fast Windows Login + Startup Manager

Start-Q can be short for "Start Quick" or "Startup Queue". Both are true since Start-Q helps you to speed up your windows login process by providing a queue for your startup applications/items. With the queue, your startup items won't compete for resources upon launching. This no-more-competition-for-resource would make the launching process smoother and overall login process becoming much faster. So you get control of your system much sooner.

With Start-Q you also have full control of how your startup application launches. You can specify the priority of the application, making sure one is finished before launching the next, and much more!

Start-Q software package comes with 3 programs. One is acting as Windows Startup Manager and also for configuring the startup queue content and the other two are the ones that acting as the queue, one is invisible during the whole operation and has no interactive capability while the other provides GUI and interactive functionalities.

Comply with good security practice. Only administrators can change startup items for whole machine. Ordinary users can only change their own startup items.

Backup and restore startup items. Including startup items not queued in Start-Q.
Wait for specified startup items to be finished before launching the next ones.
Ability to mark specific startup items as unskipable to make sure it always be launched.
Ability to set the size of main window of the queued applications. Invaluable to avoid distractions from with splash screens. Note this one is not guaranteed to work for all applications, because many use custom implementation when launching their windows/forms.
